Size matrix

S, M and L at a glance

Each size is sold in starter kits so you can test at home before settling on one.

Small

S – Compact fit

Suited to narrower nostrils. Choose S if the dilator sits flat without tension at the base.

Medium

M – Everyday fit

The most common choice. Choose M if S feels loose and L feels too firm across the bridge.

Large

L – Broad fit

For wider nostrils. Choose L if M closes or slips out during movement.

Check the fit

Three steps to confirm your size

01

Test comfort

Insert the dilator gently and rest for a few minutes. It should feel light, with no pressure on the septum.

02

Check stability

Move your head or go for a short run. A well-fitted size stays in place without sliding or pinching.

03

Confirm airflow

Breathe normally. You should notice the passage open evenly on both sides, ready to shop the right kit.
